Week 1 Weight:  231 pounds

Week 1 Goal:  My plan for this week is to refrain from processed sugar.


Journal:

I have had a pretty good food day today (especially for the day after Halloween).  I accomplished my weekly goal today: no processed sugar today.


Breakfast:  

  • 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • black coffee

Snack: 

  • banana

Lunch:

  • salad (spring lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, 1/2 avocado, lite raspberry vinaigrette)
  • banana
  • cottage cheese

Snack: 

  • almonds 

Supper:

  • sweet potato

Exercise:

  • none
