Week 3 Weight:  222.2 pounds

Week 3 Goal:  My plan for this week is to complete at least 30 minutes of exercise, 4 days this week.  I also want to continue refraining from processed sugar.


Journal: 

Yesterday was a completely LAZY day.  So lazy that I only got off the couch to eat and go to the bathroom.  Except for the fact that I need to exercise, I am okay with being lazy.  Might even do it again today…


Breakfast:  

  • 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • black coffee

Snack: 

  • almonds
  • apple 

Lunch:

  • sweet potato

Snack: 

  • almonds

Supper:

  • roasted turkey 

Exercise:

  • none
