Week 3 Weight:  222.2 pounds

Week 3 Goal:  My plan for this week is to complete at least 30 minutes of exercise, 4 days this week.  I also want to continue refraining from processed sugar.


Journal: 

I have just been in a blah mood the last few days.  I am eating well, but just don’t have the energy to do anything.


Breakfast:  

  • 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • black coffee

Snack: 

  • apple

Lunch:

  • roasted turkey 
  • sweet potato

Snack: 

  • apple

Supper:

  • It is 10:30 at night and I still haven’t eaten supper.  I’m not hungry.
