Week 4 Weight:  219.2 pounds

Week 4 Goal:  My plan this week is to not over – do it at Thanksgiving.  I also want to continue refraining from processed sugar.


Journal: 

8:13 am:I’m still sick, but hanging in there at work.  Today is an early release day at school.  The kids get out at 11:30 and with it being Thanksgiving, we get to leave at that time too.  I’m just barely hanging in there….


Breakfast:  

  • 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • black coffee

Snack: 

  • almonds 

Lunch:

  • roasted turkey 

Snack: 

  • banana 

Supper:

  • roasted turkey 
  • sweet potato
