Week 4 Weight:  219.2 pounds

Week 4 Goal:  My plan this week is to not over – do it at Thanksgiving.  I also want to continue refraining from processed sugar.


Journal: 

I am sitting here watching The Walking Dead and trying to figure out how to get out of going to work tomorrow…


Breakfast:  

  • Cutie orange
  • 2 cups of chamomile tea with teaspoon of raw honey

Lunch:

  • 5 boiled eggs

Supper:

  • turkey
  • sweet potato 

Exercise: 

  • walking: 1.45 miles, 25 minutes
