Week 5 Weight:  218.6 pounds

Week 5 Goal:  My plan this week is to not step on the scales again until Week 6.  I also want to continue refraining from processed sugar.


Journal: 

Ugh!  I have two sick children.  My son is coughing like crazy.  My daughter has a sore throat and is running a fever.  She had done nothing but sleep all day.


Breakfast:  

  • black coffee 

Snack:

  • apple

Lunch:

  • grilled chicken
  • green beans

Snack:

  • almonds 

Supper:

  • beef tips with peppers and onions
