Week 5 Weight:  218.6 pounds

Week 5 Goal:  My plan this week is to not step on the scales again until Week 6.  I also want to continue refraining from processed sugar.


Journal: 

Pretty good day today. Can’t wait to weigh myself in the morning!  I am just a little nervous.  I usually weigh myself at least once a day.  This week has been a struggle, but I am feeling good about my weigh in.


Breakfast:  

  • black coffee 
  • 5 hard-boiled eggs 

Snack:

  • almonds

Lunch:

  • beef tips with peppers and onions 

Snack:

  • chamomile tea with raw honey

Supper:

  • grilled chicken
  • sweet potato
