Week 7 Goal: My goal this week is to survive. I also want to continue refraining from processed sugar and limiting processed foods in general.

- salad (spring lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, cucumbers, 1/2 avocado, lite raspberry vinaigrette)
- East Coast Wings: Cheesesteak with onion, peppers, and mushrooms with a side of fries and ranch dressing
