Week 7 Weight:  215.0 pounds

Week 7 Goal: My goal this week is to survive.  I also want to continue refraining from processed sugar and limiting processed foods in general.


Journal: 

8:30 am: As we were sitting at Mazatlan again last night, my daughter asked me if I had given up.  I haven’t.  I promise.  I still am not eating anything sweet (which is a struggle around Christmas).  I really have to get back on, though.
