Week 7 Weight:  215.0 pounds

Week 7 Goal: My goal this week is to survive.  I also want to continue refraining from processed sugar and limiting processed foods in general.


Journal: 

9:30 am: I am so paying for yesterday.  I woke up with a headache that will not go away.  I am going to do my best to just eat fruits and vegetables today.

Snack:

  • banana 
  • almonds 

Lunch:

  • sweet potato

Snack:

  • almonds 

Supper:

  • grilled chicken
