Week 9 Weight:  223.2 pounds

Week  Goal:  My plan for this week is to get back on track.


Journal:

Horrible!  I gained almost 9 pounds this week.  I knew it was going to be bad, but I never imagined it would be this bad!

I bought myself a Fitbit for Christmas. I am hoping that it will help me stay on track with exercise.  Hopefully.


Breakfast: 

  • black coffee

Lunch:

  • 2 bananas

Snack: 

  • tangerine

Supper:

  • homemade hamburgers and french fries

Exercise:

  • walking: 1.6 miles, 29 minutes
