Week 9 Weight:  223.2 pounds

Week  Goal:  My plan for this week is to get back on track.


Journal:

I have felt really yucky today.  Not sick, per se, but I have had a lot of anxiety issues today that have caused chest tightness.

I usually know what causes it, but I don’t this time.  It is 8:30 and I am going to bed.

  • walking: 1.9 miles, 33 minutes
