Week 9 Weight:  223.2 pounds

Week  Goal:  My plan for this week is to get back on track.


Journal:

Two months!  I haven’t lost as much weight as I would have liked.  I had  a few bad days and an entire week that was a wreck.  I weigh in tomorrow, so hopefully things will look better.

It has been raining all day today. I had a million things that I need to do, but absolutely no desire to do them.  I have finished a book and started (and finished) another book.

It has truly been a lazy day.  Now I have a million things to do tomorrow on my last day of freedom (we go back to school Tuesday and I dread it).
