Week 10 Weight:  215.4 pounds

Week  Goal:  My plan for this week is to keeping eating right and making my step goal of 8000 steps a day.


Journal:

As far as my weight-loss journey, today rocked! (First day back to school after Christmas break, not so much!)

Before I even started any exercise tonight, I had already met my step goal for today.

I did an extra half of a mile tonight on the video.  When I was finished, I had added almost 4000 steps.  I rock!

Overall, I stayed moving all day. According to the Fitbit, I took at least 250 steps an hour for every hour between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm.

And I have also had more than my quota of water today.  Yep, I rock!
