Week 11 Weight:  211.0 pounds

Week  Goal:  My plan for this week is to keeping eating right and making my step goal of 10,000 steps a day.


Journal:

I am a day late.  Sorry!  Yesterday was absolutely crazy!  To tell you how crazy everything was, I had already reached my 10,000 steps before I even thought of exercising last night.

I did overeat yesterday, but it was part of my reward to myself.  I had told my daughter that for every 10 pounds I lose, she and I would go to our favorite restaurant.  Because I hit my 20 pound mark this week, she and I hit Mazatlan after volleyball practice last night.  So I went over, but I will make it up later this week.
