Week 11 Weight:  211.0 pounds

Week  Goal:  My plan for this week is to keeping eating right and making my step goal of 10,000 steps a day.


Journal:

8:15 am: I start the day off my over-sleeping. Not too much, but enough to throw off my morning, make me 10 minutes later to work than I usually arrive, and I wasn’t able to get 250+ steps at the 6:00 hour.  Hopefully it doesn’t throw off my whole day!

10:00 pm: Soccer was cancelled tonight, so I got to go to my son’s basketball game.  That was a surprise.
Between running late and sitting during my son’s basketball game, I didn’t get my 250+ steps each hour today.  I still met my step goal of 10,000 steps a day.
