Week 11 Weight:  211.0 pounds

Week  Goal:  My plan for this week is to keeping eating right and making my step goal of 10,000 steps a day.


Journal:

I am on a roll today.  I walk for 46 minutes during my daughter’s soccer practice, and then walked another 18 minutes once we got home.  I almost walked 4 miles today. WooHoo!

I tried adding some more running to my walking today.  It is truly killing me.  Maybe I wasn’t made to be a runner???

As ugly as my running was, I did have a good day (I even slept until 9:30!).

Exercise:

  • Walking: 2.67 miles, 46 minutes
  • Walking: 1.08 miles, 18 minutes
