Week 12 Weight: 209.8 pounds
Week Goal: My plan for this week is to do a Walk At Home 1 mile before I go to work in the mornings. I also want to continue eating right and making my step goal of 10,000 steps a day.
8:00 am: I got up this morning and did a mile 1 Walk At Home video. It was a struggle. I am not a morning person!
11:00 pm Wow! Thanks to my students, I left school with a full-blown migraine. Thank God I only live 5 minutes from school. Light sensitivity, throwing up, whole nine yards.
I am barely functioning now. Back to bed!
