Week 12 Weight: 209.8 pounds
Week Goal: My plan for this week is to do a Walk At Home 1 mile before I go to work in the mornings. I also want to continue eating right and making my step goal of 10,000 steps a day.
8:00 am: I got up this morning and did a mile 1 Walk At Home video. This is getting easier.
9:30 pm: I had a very busy day, but kept going strong through it all. After school (we get out at 3:00), I had to run my daughter and niece to my mother-in-law’s house so that my mother-in-law could take my daughter to her art class. I then had to rush to a different school for a meeting by 4:00. That meeting lasted until 5:00. Then I had to rush back to my school for my son’s basketball game that started at 5:30. Shew!
I didn’t drink as much water as I usually do (I usually get my 64 ounces a day).
But everything else fell into place today. So things, so far, are still going good!
