Week 12 Weight:  209.8 pounds

Week  Goal:  My plan for this week is to do a Walk At Home 1 mile before I go to work in the mornings.  I also want to continue eating right and making my step goal of 10,000 steps a day.


Journal:

1:00 pm:  I have a feeling that today is going to be a lazy day.  It is 1:00 and I don’t even have 1,000 steps for the day.  I am so glad today is my rest day for StepBet.

4:00pm:  I am sitting in my truck at my son’s baseball practice.  Coloring.  Yes, coloring.

I have taken less than 1,400 steps today. This is so unlike me.  I should be walking.  I could be walking.  It is overcast, but not raining or storming yet (it is on the way).  But I have absolutely no desire to walk today.  I just feel blah!

6:30 pm: I walked!  We got home from baseball practice about 5:15. I walked until it got too dark to see. (We live in the country, so no streetlights.  And it is going to storm, so no moon).

I am not going to get my 10,000 steps today, but I am okay with that.
