Week 13 Weight: 207.6 pounds
Week Goal: My plan for this week is to do a Walk At Home 1 mile before I go to work in the mornings and add in an exercise routine. I also want to continue eating right and making my step goal of 10,000 steps a day.
We had a teacher workday today, so school was a piece of cake. I got up and walked 1 mile with my video.
I took my daughter to soccer practice tonight, so I was able to walk outside. I started on the Couch to 5K program tonight. Right now I am not planning on running a 5K, but I would like to build self up to a run. This program seems like a perfect way.
I completed C25K Week 1 Day 1 (1.40 miles), in 18:33, pace 13:13 min/mile, with @RunDouble http://bit.ly/nkhPg3
After I completed the Week 1 program for Couch to 5 K, I continued walking until I reached 3.25 miles. I bettered my time again tonight. I am so proud of myself.
