Week 13 Weight:  207.6 pounds

Week  Goal:  My plan for this week is to do a Walk At Home 1 mile before I go to work in the mornings and add in an exercise routine.  I also want to continue eating right and making my step goal of 10,000 steps a day.

Journal:

Today was definitely a Friday at school. It wasn’t too bad, but the kids were a little wound up.

After school, but before my son’s basketball practice, I walked.  I did the next day for the Couch to 5K.  It is killing me, but I am going to get this!

I completed C25K Week 1 Day 2 (1.38 miles), in 18:30, pace 13:22 min/mile, with @RunDouble http://bit.ly/nkhPg3

I am doing good.  So proud of myself!
