Week Goal: I want to continue on my Couch to 5K program and eating “clean.”
Yep. I am really late on this post. It’s been a long week!
My daughter had art class and soccer practice tonight. Usually when she is at soccer practice, I will walk. That was the plan until her practice was cancelled. It was too dark by the time we got home to walk. Then, I was too lazy to do the Walk At Home video. That part is on me.
I am proud of myself and how far I have come, but I need to work on my laziness.
