Yep.  I am really late on this post.  It’s been a long week!

I ate good today, but only had time to do my Couch to 5K run today.

I completed C25K Week 2 Day 2 (1.31 miles), in 19:00, pace 14:31 min/mile, with @RunDouble http://bit.ly/nkhPg3

I am getting there!

Exercise:

  • Walking: 1.96 miles, 30 minutes
