Week 16 Weight:  200.8 pounds

Week  Goal:  I want to continue on my Couch to 5K program and eating “clean.”


I struggled this past week.  I didn’t even come close to getting my steps in each day.  Wednesday  and Thursday, I ate over my calorie goal (not too much over, but I was over).  And I was in bed most nights by 8:00 (and still dragging to get out of bed at 6:30).

I have got to get my act together.  I am worried I am going to start backsliding.
